Success Story of Caroline Bauer

How I came to Mosdorfer

Caroline first heard about Mosdorfer from a former colleague. Right after graduating from high school, she had her first job interview there – a moment that left a lasting impression on her.

“Even back then, I felt that I could grow both professionally and personally at Mosdorfer – that feeling is what convinced me to join the company.”

This impression turned out to be correct: Joining the company marked the start of a period of dynamic growth within the company.

My responsibilities

Today, Caroline works in tender and project management, overseeing new orders from receipt through to delivery.

She serves as the central point of contact between customers and internal departments and ensures that every step runs smoothly – from planning to final delivery.

International Projects as daily inspiration

Caroline particularly enjoys the international aspect of her work. She works with people from a wide variety of cultures every day – a role that is varied, challenging, and enriching.

“No two projects are alike.”

Above all, she is proud of the responsibility she has been entrusted with in major international projects.

“Planning, coordinating, and communicating with international partners show me that my work and dedication are valued even across national borders.”

Overcoming Challenges – Through Communication and Clarity

One of the biggest challenges in day-to-day project work is dealing with unexpected changes or delays after a project has started.

Caroline handles these situations with calm and a structured approach:

  • open dialogue
  • close coordination with the customer
  • Solution-oriented collaboration with all internal departments

This enables her to handle even complex situations with ease.

From Entry-Level to Leadership

Caroline started out as a sales assistant. Over time, she gained both experience and the trust of her colleagues. Step by step, she took on more challenging tasks until she eventually moved into tender and project management.

The internal support, high level of autonomy, and opportunities for growth motivate her anew every day:

“The trust placed in me motivates me to keep growing.”

Team spirit at Mosdorfer – Openness and solidarity

What really sets Caroline’s team apart is the combination of openness, trust, and mutual support.

“We regularly exchange ideas, help each other tackle challenges, and at the same time work with a high degree of autonomy – this creates a strong and motivating work environment.”
