How I came to Mosdorfer

Caroline first heard about Mosdorfer from a former colleague. Right after graduating from high school, she had her first job interview there – a moment that left a lasting impression on her.

My responsibilities

Today, Caroline works in tender and project management, overseeing new orders from receipt through to delivery.

She serves as the central point of contact between customers and internal departments and ensures that every step runs smoothly – from planning to final delivery.

Caroline describes her role as follows:

“I coordinate every step and make sure that everything comes together in the end and that the customer receives exactly what they need to complete their line.”

Caroline particularly enjoys the international aspect of her work. She works with people from a wide variety of cultures every day – a role that is varied, challenging, and enriching.
