220-kV-Line Alu-Rod–The–Kargil–Khalti–Leh (325 km)
Short description: Designed for a minimum ambient temperature of –40 °C, this prestigious project was conceived to connect the regions of Ladakh and Kashmir via a 220-kV overhead power line network. The network is designed to supply electricity to the energy-poor region of Ladakh during the winter months and to transmit surplus electricity during the summer.
Important Highlights: This was the first project undertaken by the Power Grid Corporation of India in which components had to withstand temperatures as low as –40 °C. Mosdorfer India was selected as the primary supplier of valves for this project due to its extensive global experience and proven technical expertise in similar applications under extreme climatic conditions.



UPPTCL- ACCC Fittings: 220kV DC Talbehat-Lalitpur line(HTLS)
Short description: The transmission line is a key component of the internal power distribution system for the 600-MW Lalitpur solar park project in Talbehat, Lalitpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. By transmitting 600 MW of green energy, it makes a significant contribution to meeting the growing electricity demand of the region and the state, while also helping to achieve renewable energy goals.
Important Highlights: Mosdorfer India supplied specially designed connectors for the ACCC-Kashi conductor used in this prestigious project in Uttar Pradesh.
Mumbai Ahmedabad High Speed Rail – T3 Project
Short description: Mosdorfer India Pvt. Ltd. has developed a device to prevent train derailments as part of the “Make in India” initiative. This safety mechanism is designed to enhance safety and reduce the risk of accidents by preventing trains from derailing or overturning. Such incidents can occur due to track instability caused by factors such as track condition, train speed, or external forces. The device’s core function is to reduce the likelihood of accidents resulting from excessive forces or sudden changes in track alignment during train operation.
Important Highlights: Key Features: Mosdorfer India Pvt. Ltd. stands out as the first Indian company to have successfully developed and delivered approximately 93,000 sets of the Rail Track Derailment Prevention Device (RTPD). This extensive delivery also included specialized additional components such as spiral reinforcements and inserts.
