Mosdorfer’s Austrian manufacturing facility is the company’s main production site and the birthplace of its history—this is where it all began. To this day, this site remains the technological heart of production and stands for decades of experience, innovative strength, and the highest quality standards. The company possesses particular expertise in forging and toolmaking, where state-of-the-art technology and in-depth know-how are used to create durable, heavy-duty components. Production is complemented by an in-house galvanizing facility, which ensures optimal corrosion protection and maximum service life.

ML Produktion’s manufacturing facility in Slovakia is synonymous with precision steel fabrication, state-of-the-art CNC technology, and efficient assembly lines. Drawing on a high level of manufacturing expertise, the facility produces high-quality components for demanding applications in power transmission. The focus is on the production of fittings and damping systems for high-voltage overhead lines, as well as connectors, clamps, and tension strings for substations. Through optimized processes and rigorous quality controls, the facility delivers reliable solutions for high-performance and safe energy infrastructure.

The manufacturing facility of Mosdorfer CCL Systems Limited specializes in precision steel machining and modern metalworking. Its range of services includes turning, milling, drilling, and welding, as well as the professional machining of copper and aluminum tubes. With a high degree of vertical integration and rigorous quality control, the facility produces robust, durable components for demanding energy applications. The plant possesses particular expertise in the development and production of press-fit clamps. These are comprehensively tested and validated at the company’s own high-performance test center in the UK—ensuring maximum safety, reliability, and performance in operation.

Specializing in the casting of aluminum and non-ferrous metals, the plant combines state-of-the-art casting technology with precision CNC machining and professional steel fabrication. A particular focus is on the manufacture of spiral fittings for energy transmission and distribution networks. The range of services is complemented by an in-house galvanizing facility, which ensures optimal corrosion protection and long-term durability. This results in high-quality components suitable for international use in demanding infrastructure projects.
Galvanizing Plant
Mosdorfer GmbH has been operating its own galvanizing plant since 1953. With decades of experience, state-of-the-art technology, and a strong commitment to quality, we are your reliable partner for sustainable corrosion protection. In hot-dip galvanizing, steel is immersed in molten zinc, creating a particularly robust, corrosion-resistant protective layer. This process ensures durable surfaces that can withstand even extreme weather conditions. We serve a wide range of industries: from complex steel structures and overhead line fittings to custom applications in the private sector, such as tools, fences, or shelving.
